**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Community Management:**
– Engage with our online community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and community forums.
– Foster positive relationships with community members and address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
– Create and curate engaging content to encourage active participation within the community.
– Monitor discussions, trends, and feedback to identify opportunities for community growth and improvement.

2. **Paid Ads Management:**
– Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across different platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
– Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audience segments and tailor ad campaigns accordingly.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of ads, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
– Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in paid advertising to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in community management and paid advertising, preferably in a similar industry.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and digital marketing strategies.
– Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
– Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create compelling ad content.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple campaigns and community interactions simultaneously.
