ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Community Manager at eBas Group, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital strategy. Your role will encompass driving growth on LinkedIn, crafting impactful content for our CEO, and nurturing a vibrant community within the tech sales landscape. Your mission? To elevate our brand presence, foster meaningful connections, and solidify eBas Group’s position as an industry leader. Plus, your tech-savvy expertise will be key in leveraging AI/tech like ChatGPT and platforms to create content for the wider team, empowering us to reach new heights.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies to expand our network and reach.
– Craft compelling content for our CEO, including articles, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces.
– Curate and schedule regular posts for our company LinkedIn page, driving engagement and fostering community interaction.
– Establish and nurture a supportive community for leaders and job seekers in the tech sales industry through engaging discussions, virtual events, and valuable resources.
– Utilize market mapping techniques to target and personalize outreach efforts, ensuring our messaging resonates with our audience.
– Serve as a trusted advisor in transforming insights and knowledge into compelling content that positions us as leaders in our field.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Extensive experience in community management and social media strategy, particularly with a focus on LinkedIn growth, ideally within a senior leadership capacity.
– Exceptional writing skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, with a proven track record of crafting compelling content for C-suite executives.
– In-depth understanding of the tech sales industry landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and key market players.
– Proficiency in advanced market mapping techniques and targeted messaging strategies, with a demonstrated ability to drive tangible results through strategic outreach efforts.
– Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing engaged online communities, with a deep understanding of community dynamics and best practices.
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to use AI/tech tools like ChatGPT and platforms for team content creation.
– Proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline content processes and enhance team collaboration.
– Strong grasp of digital trends, proactive in implementing innovative solutions.
– Adaptability to evolving technologies and quick learning of new tools.
