POSITION DETAILS
Main Tasks in Social Media Mgmt
– Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
– Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including regular posting and engagement with followers (a graphic designer will support you with image content)
Main Tasks in Influencer Mgmt
– Identify and research potential social media influencer partners for the brand
– Negotiate partnerships, product gifting, and compensation with influencers
– Track and Manage ongoing relationships with influencer partners, ensuring effective and efficient collaboration
– Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives
Main Tasks in Outreach Mgmt
– Research and identify relevant blogs and websites for brand placement
– Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure listings on these sites
– Build and maintain relationships with blog and website owners and editors
– Analyze the impact of listings and provide insights and recommendations for future outreach efforts
Training will be provided for the above tasks, however experience in outreach and relationship management is highly desired.
