JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee our brand’s presence on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a vibrant online community, engaging with followers, and fostering positive interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media dynamics, and the ability to work independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online community across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
– Monitor social media channels for mentions, messages, comments, and direct feedback from the community, responding in a timely and engaging manner.
– Create and schedule compelling content that resonates with our audience, including posts, stories, and videos, to encourage interaction and participation.
– Organize and host live Q&A sessions, webinars, or virtual events to strengthen community ties and enhance brand loyalty.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in our brand’s voice and messaging across all social media channels.
– Analyze and report on community feedback, social media trends, and engagement metrics to guide future content and strategy decisions.
– Identify and manage potential crises or negative feedback on social media platforms, developing strategies to address issues constructively.
– Facilitate discussions and encourage community members to share their experiences and insights related to our brand or industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, with a focus on social media management.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter, and their respective analytics tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire.
– Familiarity with content creation tools and software to produce engaging social media content.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on data and community feedback.
MUST ALSO HAVE:
– A dedicated home office where you can work without distraction.
– Fast internet with over 50mbps.
– A high-level computer with all required technology.
WORKING HOURS & COMPENSATION
– The position offers $700 USD per month.
– This is a full-time role, requiring availability from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (Central Standard Time).
