Your Role:
As our Community Manager, you will be the voice and face of our organization, playing a crucial role in creating, growing, and managing our online community to build a brand and foster more sales. Your passion for communication and community building will be instrumental in driving the success of our real estate agent community.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a compelling content plan that resonates with our audience and aligns with company goals.
– Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms, including creatives for use in blog pieces, articles, social media posts, and newsletters that increase engagement and brand values, solutions, and awareness.
– Actively engage with and grow our online community, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a positive and interactive environment.
– Utilize web traffic and community metrics to gather insights and optimize engagement strategies.
– Monitor competition to stay relevant, generate ideas, and support stakeholders in topics needed for higher engagement with the community
– Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders for continuous improvement and enhanced member experience.
– Devise and implement community communication initiatives, such as webinars and Q&A sessions, to keep members informed and connected.
– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and stay updated on new initiatives.
– Represent our brand at networking events and industry workshops, showcasing our mission and values.
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to effectively engage and interact with the community.
– Passion for building meaningful connections and helping others succeed.
– Proactive and approachable demeanor, reaching out to community members when needed without being pushy.
– Strong interpersonal skills, showing genuine care and attentiveness to community needs.
Tools/Software:
– Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft equivalents for efficient communication and collaboration.
– Active social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to engage with the audience effectively.
– Experience with Zoom meetings, WhatsApp/Slack, and ActiveCampaign/kvCORE/CRM systems for seamless communication and relationship building.
– Familiarity with landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets for marketing collaboration to support the company’s marketing and growth initiatives.
– Experience with project management and social platforms tools such as META, Asana/ClickUp, ContentStudio/Hootsuite, Facebook Groups, and Workplace
