We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and dedicated Community Moderator to join our team and help us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities:
As a Community Moderator at GeniusDao, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with our community members across different platforms (e.g., social media, forums, and live events), fostering positive interactions, and creating a welcoming environment for all members.
Monitoring and moderating community discussions to ensure compliance with our code of conduct, addressing any inappropriate behavior or content, and escalating issues when necessary.
Facilitating and participating in community events, such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and webinars, to promote the GeniusDao brand and grow our community.
Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to develop and distribute informative and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Identifying trends and patterns within the community to inform future content, features, and strategies that will enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on community engagement metrics to measure success and inform ongoing improvements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a community management or moderation role, preferably in the tech or web3 industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with Twitter Spaces and other relevant platforms for community growth and engagement.
A deep understanding of web3, blockchain, and related technologies, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
The ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
