If you’re looking for an easygoing role and understand social cues, sales techniques, our US Digital Marketing Agency for creators is looking for you as our audience manager.

You will be handling the comments and enquiries for creators on their platforms. You will be given access to our CRM and trained to reply to specific circumstances and the most commonly asked questions on their associated account. Your primary role would be to ensure retention of the subscriber base and build relationships with their audience, as this is vital to their success.

?This independent contract role is base plus commission with solid earning potential and paid every two weeks. This role is open to any country as this is a remote position. However, you would need reliable access to the internet and be available for 8 hours a day to work based on your shifts daily. We are looking for someone experienced and can start immediately, but we are open to those who aren’t.

Skills/background needed:
Motivated with a good understanding of how to spot opportunities to sell or upsell
Good and stable internet connection with PC or laptop & mobile phone
Good grasp of social media, social interaction, and understanding
Independent worker who quickly follows instructions with initiative to improve
Excellent handling of the English language and understanding of Western culture and trends
A great communicator who can efficiently pick up on cues and respond aptly
Flexible Schedule – must be available as needed throughout the week
Extremely dependable – you take pride in your work, and you always deliver
Know how to upsell and identify opportunities to funnel customers in the right direction
