About the Job
Unblocked is seeking an experienced and versatile Community Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with at least 3 years of experience in social media management, customer support, and community engagement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a passion for learning and growing in the rapidly evolving web3 and NFT space, and a commitment to providing excellent service and support to our community members.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and reply to comments and messages across various social media platforms.
– Moderate the Discord community, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all members
– Assist with administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and report generation
– Support team members on various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output
– Set up and review quests on Zealy to drive community engagement and growth
– Enter data and relevant information from quest reviews into spreadsheets or databases for tracking and analysis.
– Update project management tools such as Asana and HubSpot to track operations and community projects, tasks, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
– College graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a related field
– Strong communication, creativity, adaptability, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in social media management, content creation, and graphic design
– Experience with data analysis, administrative support, customer support, and community management
– Familiarity with web3 and NFT concepts and technologies
– Proficient in various tools, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Hootsuite, Zealy, Google Workspace, Asana, Zendesk, Slack, and Google Meet
Requirements:
– Must have fast internet and a reliable computer.
– This is a full time position (8 hours). Must work at least 4 of those hours from 9am-2pm Pacific Time (we are based in California). The remaining hours can be at your own pace.
