As our operations expand, we are looking for a dedicated Virtual Customer Support Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
***YOU MUST ADHERE to our schedule posting and messaging regiment.****
Mandatory Hours 9am pacific standard time zone to 5pm pacific standard time zone.
You will be in charge of 2 instagram accounts
You will be required to proactively message prospects our sales script of 70 messages per scheduled work day PER ACCOUNT.
YOU MUST DO THIS SLOWLY over the 8 hour shift otherwise you will freeze the accounts.
Which means you MUST send 8 messages per HOUR PER account you’re on.
You should do 8 messages on one profile and then move to the next account. SLOWLY over the hour.
I cannot stress this enough….. You HAVE to listen to these guidelines and do the job at this rate.
If you’re late or do not show up there’s no “catching up” on sending missed messages. You will FREEZE the account.
We will be tagging the pages in stories that you will simply need to repost.
You will be required to respond to users if they message back. Simple script directing them to schedule a meeting.
This task is VERY simple if you follow our instructions accurately
Pay structure is biweekly with the rest of our employees 1-15 , 16-30,31
We will pay you $50 USD every two weeks for this task
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or customer support role.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers for various tasks.
Good understanding of office management and daily operations.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Computer or laptop with updated software to handle multiple active windows and tabs.
Backup data solutions and power backup systems to ensure uninterrupted service during power outages.
