Job Description

Real Men Real Style is in search of a dynamic and experienced Company Manager or Executive Officer (XO) to oversee the day-to-day operations, manage a diverse team of experts, and ensure that we are always progressing toward our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will excel at running efficient meetings, handling project management, and diving deep into metrics and KPIs to keep the team aligned with the mission. With a balanced mix of strategic thinking, operational prowess, and human management skills, this role is pivotal to the success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Team Management & Leadership:**
– Directly manage and lead diverse teams, ensuring they are motivated, informed, and working efficiently.
– Provide guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

2. **Operational Oversight:**
– Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly and efficiently.
– Oversee project management, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of projects.

3. **Metric Analysis & KPI Management:**
– Regularly review company metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
– Ensure teams are focused on the most impactful tasks and are aware of their performance metrics.

4. **Meeting Facilitation:**
– Conduct and lead regular team meetings, ensuring they are effective and goal-oriented.
– Regularly meet with the CEO/Owner between 8AM to Noon Central USA, M-F, to provide updates, insights, and gather feedback.

5. **Issue Resolution & Process Improvement:**
– Address any team conflicts or issues, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
– Continuously identify areas for process improvements and operational efficiency.

6. **Stay Updated:**
– Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in management and operations.
– Regularly attend workshops, webinars, or courses to refine management and leadership skills.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

– Proven experience in a managerial or executive role, preferably in a similar industry or operational context.
– Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
– Ability to interpret and act on various metrics, KPIs, and data insights.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
– Strong time management and organizational skills.
