24hr media (an AISEO company based in Canada) is searching for a passionate and driven individual to join our growing team as a Sales Customer Service Representative.
In this results-oriented role, you will bridge the gap between exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that add value to their needs.
In this role, you will:
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend our industry-leading products and services to drive sales growth. But it’s not just about the sale – you’ll become a trusted advisor, ensuring customers have the tools they need to achieve their goals.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty and positive brand experiences for 24hr media.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment and clear communication throughout the buying process at 24hr media.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment at 24hr media.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience: Your expertise in resolving customer inquiries and exceeding expectations will be invaluable in creating a positive experience for our 24hr media clients.
• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: You’ll be the voice (and sometimes face) of 24hr media, building rapport and trust with customers through clear, confident communication across phone, email, and chat interactions.
• Has a strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers: At 24hr media, fostering long-term customer relationships is key. You’ll excel at connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and building trust in the 24hr media brand.
• Has a passion for exceeding expectations and achieving sales targets: You’ll go beyond resolving issues to identify opportunities to recommend industry-leading products and services from 24hr media that truly add value to our customers’ success.
• Demonstrates a collaborative spirit and positive attitude: You’ll be a team player who thrives in a supportive environment, working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to the positive work culture at 24hr media.
• Is proficient in using computers and has a willingness to learn new software: You’re comfortable using computers and eager to learn new software (CRM, communication platforms) specific to 24hr media’s operations.
Bonus points if you:
• Have experience upselling products and exceeding sales goals.
• Possess knowledge on SEO industry.
