The Compliance Analyst will be part of a team who conducts AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, research, and preventive action, as well as other ad hoc responsibilities. You must have an understanding of AML, KYC, BSA, OFAC, and other regulatory policies. This cross-functional role allows you to work with other departments to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
– Perform KYC on new and existing customers during periodic account reviews
– Conduct AML reviews – reviewing high-risk client activity and identifying unusual patterns
– Identify and escalate high-risk users and activities to management for further review
– Prepare reports via Excel / Google sheets for management review
– Conducting reviews of documentation/information submitted by business account applicants
Qualifications:
– 2-3 Years of experience performing KYC and AML reviews
– Familiarity with FinCen and filing of SARs
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Extremely detail oriented and structured
– Passion for quality systems, efficiency, and innovation
– Education – Bachelor’s Degree
– Tech Savvy
– Detail oriented and a passion for problem-solving

Details:
This is a full-time job. 5-day work week. We observe US holidays.
Work hours during training will be M-F 10 pm-7 am Philippine Time. The schedule may adjust depending on the requirement
