Job Description

What We Need
We are seeking a virtual Compliance Coordinator to work remotely.
You will be responsible for auditing all company databases related to HR, payroll, insurance, benefits, IT, fleet, safety, training, licensure, and other related areas.
Your primary role will be to ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of all employee and company data. You’ll work with various departments and stakeholders to identify the root causes of errors, recommend policy and procedural improvements, and coach personnel on data entry and compliance policies to reduce errors over time.
You will be working with a remote team located in the Philippines, supporting a company in the USA.

What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct regular audits of all company databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Work with data entry personnel to identify and correct errors, and determine the root cause of those errors
Collaborate with the HR, payroll, benefits, IT, fleet, and other relevant teams to recommend policy and procedural improvements to reduce errors and improve data accuracy
Develop, write, and implement internal policies and procedures for maintaining data accuracy and security
Perform regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Create and maintain compliance reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Monitor and analyze data trends to identify potential areas for improvement
Provide training and support to employees on data management and compliance policies
Stay up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
Serving as subject matter expert on the use of these databases and making recommendations for improvements
Participating in special projects as needed

USA Office schedule is: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Time USA

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Skills and Technical Knowledge
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and other related databases
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
