Position: Compliance Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Position Overview:
As a Compliance Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our trainers and assessors meet all compliance requirements. You will be responsible for conducting onboarding compliance meetings with new trainers and assessors, managing qualification documents, reviewing expired trainer certificates, and enrolling trainers into course upgrades. Additionally, you will be instrumental in communicating with and gathering professional development evidence to maintain our high standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding compliance meetings with new trainers and assessors to familiarise them with compliance requirements and processes.
Manage qualification documents, ensuring all necessary certifications and credentials are up to date and accurately recorded.
Review expired trainer certificates and take proactive steps to renew certifications in a timely manner.
Enrol trainers into course upgrades to enhance their skills and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with trainers and assessors to gather professional development evidence and ensure compliance with ongoing education requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline compliance processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, compliance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with compliance regulations and requirements preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
