Our company needs a Compliance Support Manager to join our Fulfillment Team! We offer Very Competitive Salary & BENEFITS!

Your role as a Compliance Support Manager is relatively a Operations Manager Position who specializes more on the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and assist with onboarding orientations of all new offshore team members
2. Develop and own the offshore team’s performance evaluation process
3. Monitor team performance through CSAT scores and KPIs to ensure successful attainment of business goals
4. Track attendance of team members on a daily basis and inform the NY office of team member call-outs, delays etc.
5. Reconcile team members’ work hours, secure approval from the managers and complete the payroll payment process
6. Responsible for getting the onboarding tickets created and work set-up completed for all new team members
7. Provide minor tech support by undertaking tasks such as, but not limited to, resetting passwords, managing ticketing systems, providing systems access
8. Conduct regular check-ins and video meetings with the operations team to maintain alignment with company goals and serve as the voice of the company
9. Own and manage team member appreciation programs such as, but not limited to, coordinating team events, making arrangements to send birthday tokens, anniversaries etc.
in close collaboration with the Compliance management team in the NY office to ensure operational goals are met
11. Handle all team member inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate parties
12. Guide and participate in disciplinary meetings, oversee separations and conduct investigations.
13. Performs other duties as assigned by the Compliance management team.

Qualifications:

-Degree with focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (e.g. Psychology, Social Sciences) or Equivalent.
-3-5 Business operations management experience, preferably in a BPO environment
-Experience in Office Management and Team Management, particularly with a focus on people management
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to train and develop teams
-Positive, outgoing, and compassionate demeanor.
-Strong decision-making skills and ability to respond to high-pressure situations
-Proven ability to address operational concerns and issues while monitoring overall customer satisfaction
-Experience in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
-Strong team approach and ability to build and connect effective teams
-Project and change management skills; being able to manage improvement initiatives independently under minimum guidance
– have a designated work space free from noise, computer with updated version & capacity , good quality of noise cancelling headset
– should be Tech Savvy
– Internet Speed should be at least 50mbps both for upload & download.
– Can Start 1st week of August
