Job Description:
As an experienced Compliance Writer, you will review and revise learning materials, assessment tools, policies and procedures, and provide training to clients on maintaining compliance in the vocational education sector. You will also be responsible for the development and quality checking of compliance documents and validation and verification of courses and training materials against compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct compliance checks on all learner resources developed by the organisation
• Develop and maintain compliance checklists and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies and industry requirements.
• Ensure that learner and assessment resources are aligned with the Vocational Education sector
• Work collaboratively with the development team to identify areas for improvement in the resources
• Provide feedback to the development team to ensure that all resources meet compliance standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance checks and findings
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory and industry requirements
Requirements:
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
• Have at least one year experience in the teaching sector (ESL etc.),
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and attention to detail skills
• Proficient with MS Office programs, strong data entry skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in writing or developing resource materials and/or compliance and relevant fields is desirable
• Strong research and problem-solving skills

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of 30,000 to 40,000 Pesos monthly, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We provide extensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
