Role Overview:

Anyways, the reason we are reaching out here today is that we are seeking a talented and highly skilled Concept Artist to bring our Blender models to life with stunning, fully rendered paintings. This unique role requires a blend of technical skill in digital painting and a keen eye for aesthetic detail to match our existing style seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our design process, transforming our already existing 3D models into visually compelling artwork that captivates our audience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our design team to understand project requirements and vision.
Paint over Blender models provided by our team, adding textures, colors, and details to enhance realism and align with our established aesthetic.
Apply creative techniques and a comprehensive understanding of light, color, and form to create atmospheric and visually appealing images.
Provide input on the design process, suggesting improvements and alterations to models as needed to achieve the best final product.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Concept Artist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital paintings, especially on 3D models.
Proficient in digital painting tools and software, with exceptional skills in color theory, texturing, and rendering.
Ability to closely match an existing aesthetic, with keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative, creative, and respectful working culture.
