Before we get into the formal part of this job posting, let me tell you a little about the person you will be reporting to directly.

My name is Abraham Walker, and I run a real estate company called, Ask A Walker. The company is based out of the United States.

One thing you need to know about me is that I am incredibly hilarious and also hate meetings. Most of the sessions I’ve attended at companies are a complete waste of time.

If you come to work with me, I will not waste your time. In addition to letting you work, I also give my Virtual Assistants (VA) a lot of freedom to perform their tasks promptly.

There’s nothing I hate more than a manager or boss who places unrealistic expectations on their partners. My goal is never to be that type of manager.

Look, I know that you’ve worked for other American companies that treat you like a second-class citizen from a third-world country. That’s not the case in my organization.

One of the things that’s unique about this opportunity is that you’ll get a chance to contribute like you’re a valued team player.

After performing your tasks for the first few weeks, I see it like this: you’ll be the most experienced and knowledgeable person with those skills inside the company. It only makes sense to ask that person for guidance and direction regarding their realm of expertise.

You’re probably tired of the warm-and-fuzzy; let’s talk about the job.

The job’s primary tasks will require someone to create blog posts from YouTube videos and transcripts (provided by a service). In addition to this task, you’ll also serve as the Marketing Assistant who manages placing various assets on different social media outlets for the company.

Occasionally, you may be asked to create a graphic or visualization inside Canva.

Your last responsibility will include general administrative tasks associated with most Virtual Assistance positions. Organizing stuff, researching, and other miscellaneous charges to assist with growing the company.

** You’ll never have to make a phone call in this position. **

** You’ll never be asked to come to work early or leave late. **

JOB REQUIREMENTS

0. Have a history of writing online content
1. Work 8 hours with a mandatory one-hour lunch break (so 7 hours of actual work)
2. Have reliable internet
3. Proficient in all Microsoft Excel and Word
4. Know how to use YouTube to learn anything you don’t know
5. Ability to work without being supervised
6. Deliver projects promptly
7. Use impeccable grammar and an eye for detail
8. Positive and open-minded
9. Learning based

Let’s talk briefly about compensation.

A. Salary is negotiable and bi-monthly via PayPal.
B. After three months, you will receive access to a $500 education reimbursement to advance your skills.
C. After completing your first year, you will receive a $1,000 bonus.
D. We honor ALL Philippines Holidays
E. 13th Month Pay

How we handle paying you:
I. In the first month, you’ll be paid weekly to prove that I’m a legitimate company. You will receive payments on Saturday through PayPal.
II. After the first month, you’ll be paid on the 1st and 15th of every month.
