Since the initial product was launched in 2021 with two global name-brand clients Focal Point has enjoyed an average of >300% annual growth (year over year) due to attracting more than five F500 (two of which are F50) companies.

Our Client Delivery team is growing due to the rapid customer growth we are experiencing and forecasting for 2024 and beyond. The Client Delivery team is responsible for the onboarding experience of new clients, ongoing client support as well as testing new product features.

Configuration Implementation Analyst

Focal Point is looking for a Configuration and Implementation Analyst to join the Client Delivery team. The Configuration and Implementation Analyst will play a vital role in the configuration and support of our client systems. Administration duties will include configurating, updating, and auditing client supported systems. Your area of focus will include system upgrades, testing configuration and documentation. The individual in this position is expected to work independently and with project teams following best practices to complete customer installations or updates on time. Opportunities to learn application testing, script writing, and database querying will present themselves as part of day-to-day operations. This position will be required to support internal and external incident management processes, with escalated software issues, understanding root causes when proposing fixes or resolutions.

The role duties will include but are not limited to:
– Installation and configuration of new software for customer projects.
– Create and maintain thorough documentation for system and processes.
– Troubleshooting to resolve software applications.
– System testing, testing prep, testing execution and bug reporting.
– Incident and request fulfilment management.
– Responding to client inquiries using chat and/or email

– Experience with data validation and data management.
– Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Preferred Experience
– General knowledge of procurement processes or systems
– SaaS configuration and implementation experience.
– Knowledge of SaaS products and services.
– Experience in using SLACK, Atlassian.
– Knowledge of using file transfer protocols
– A strong knowledge of Windows, Internet applications, and computer hardware knowledge
– Good spoken and written communication skills (English)
