Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Confirm Patient Appointments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the appointment calendar, handling patient inquiries via phone and email, maintaining patient records, and greeting patients while providing directions within the facility. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with medical staff to manage daily schedules, respond to frequently asked questions, handle appointment rescheduling, and verify patient insurance coverage while updating patient files with insurance information.
Responsibilities:
Manage appointment calendar
Handle patient inquiries (phone/email)
Maintain patient records
Greet patients and provide directions within the facility
Coordinate with medical staff to manage daily schedules
Respond to FAQs
Handle appointment rescheduling
Verify patient insurance coverage
Update patient files with insurance information
Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role preferred
Familiarity with Google Chat and WebPT
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Responsibilities:
Manage therapists’ schedules and coordinate patient appointments
Respond to patient inquiries
Generate and send invoices
Answer calls and assist patients virtually
Maintain a waitlist for appointments
Serve as a virtual front desk person answering video calls from patients checking in/out, scheduling patients out, collecting payments, and answering calls
