Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Virtual Assistant to join our growing high-end building and total remodeling construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to social media marketing, finding, interviewing and categorizing subcontractors, overseeing projects, job costing, and managing communications, and ensuring smooth operations using Job Tread software. You will be required to use Timeproof software with screen shot mode active. Canidates will need to be flexible on hours as this is mostly a PST time zone position. We are a newer growing company and are starting to implement new systems and processes. We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset with something to contribute. – **Project Management: ** Assist in planning and managing total remodeling projects from inception to completion.
– **Schedule Coordination: ** Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
– **Budget Management: ** Monitor project budgets, analyze financial data, job cost and manage costs to stay within budget.

*Documentation: ** Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and daily logs, using Job Tread software.

– **Problem-Solving: ** Quickly and effectively address any project-related issues that arise.
– **Administrative Support: ** Provide administrative support, including email management, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

#### Qualifications
– **Experience: ** Prior experience in the construction industry, preferably building or total remodeling.
– **Software Proficiency: ** Experience in construction CRM software or similar project management tools.
– **Communication Skills: ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– **Organization: ** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– **Problem-Solving: ** Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
– **Time Management: ** Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

—## Weekly Progress Outline

#### Week 1: Onboarding and Initial Setup. Zoom meeting.
introduction to company procedures, team members, and assigned projects.
Training on Job Tread University getting certifications (approx. 20hrs). Team email set up. Access to relevant tools.
Friday meeting with JT customer success manager Dan for any questions.

#### Week 2: Project Familiarization and Planning
-Begin planning content for social media.

– Detailed review of active projects, client requirements, and timelines.
– Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and identify key milestones.
-Continuing education and training with JT.

#### Week 3: Active Project Management
Begin daily updates in Job Tread, track progress, and adjust schedules as needed.
Weekly progress meeting with team members and clients. Job cost current jobs using JT software. Begin harvesting and interviewing subs for all trades of residential building.

#### Ongoing Responsibilities
– **Daily:** Update project progress in Job Tread, handle communications, and inspect work.
– **Weekly:** Conduct team meetings, client updates, budget reviews, and quality control checks.
– **Monthly:** Evaluate project outcomes, assess team performance, and strategize future steps.
