Position Summary:
As a Construction Admin Virtual Assistant at Bolt Farm Treehouse, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include organizing schedules, purchasing construction items, and facilitating clear communication among team members and contractors.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
– Proficient in using various cloud-based applications and Google Suite.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven individual.
– CAD skills are desirable.
– Previous experience in a construction company in an administrative or purchasing capacity is preferred.
– Ability to approach tasks with a solutions-oriented mindset.
– Can work with minimum supervision.
