As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management and team members by handling incoming communications and performing various general administrative duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Encoding of data into company systems/databases.
Provide general administrative support to the Executive, including appointments, messages, word processing and copying.
Handle and manage other ad-hoc or admin duties as required.
Education and Work Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as Administrative Assistant or in any similar role.
Preferably with background in construction industry.
Above average English communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in data entry, data management and other general administration activities.
High-level attention to detail and confidence in analyzing data and creating reports.
Familiarity with office administration tools such as MS Office and the likes.
Prioritize and consistently meet deadlines.
Can start immediately.
