Construction Company seeks a Virtual Assistant!
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us run our construction company efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for administrative work, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the daily schedule of the company’s executives
– Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a professional manner
– Organize and maintain the company’s file system
– Process and manage invoices and purchase orders
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
– Perform research and gather information as needed
– Handle travel arrangements and reservations
– Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
– EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITING COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A MUST
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Quickbooks and CRMs (ClickUp)
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Experience in a construction or related industry is a plus
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within the company.
