The Problem Your Role Is Solving for Our Business
Give our clients a person they trust to ring or book a meeting with who can help them contractually with a contract they are signing or in case of a dispute issue.
Be able to deliver monthly training, and webinars for our clients & prospects.

Monitor client success activities and provide support for achieving client success objectives.
Follow the process for client success goals, identify and anticipate opportunities and challenges.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the retention of your assigned clients by ensuring that they remain active & show up for trainings,
Presenting monthly training sessions for our clients & prospects, ensuring they are up to date with industry changes, and helping them become more contractually savvy.
Conducting the Commercial Principles document review with our clients and be able to talk confidently on each point.
Attending internal team meetings.
