Construction Coordinator VA

Role Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand
projects as if you were onsite
– Update all projects using BuilderTrend Daily Logs
– Submit permit applications to City of Houston
– Follow up with the City of Houston (or other municipalities) on outstanding Permits
– Coordinate Utilities
– Collaborate with Construction team members on projects
– Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by Management

Skills Needed:

– Permitting Experience (Texas permitting a plus)
– BuilderTrend Experience
– Construction Experience, New Build or Remodel for Single Family Residences
– Gsuite Products
– Ability to read plans, scopes, and other construction documents

Compensation:

– $5-$10 USD Per Hour
– Full Time Position (40hrs /week)
