Construction Estimation/Procurement/Project Management – Australian company

We are looking for a smart, driven, professional and dedicated person to join our team. We are a construction company, specialising in building multi-townhouse projects. We are based in Melbourne, Australia.

We have a few existing offshore team members, and we want to continue to expand our offshore capacity. We expect a professional working attitude from a remote work setup. You are expected to Clock in and share screen work as if you are working in the same office with other team members.

In this role, you will play a vital part in:
– assisting onsite constructions and project management
– booking trades according to the construction schedule
– the procurement process, responsible for sourcing materials, evaluating quotes and prices.
– stepping into estimation work and further develop your skills and experience in this domain??

Previous experience with Australian trades and suppliers is a significant advantage.??

This is a full-time work-from-home job, that requires a professional home office setting.
