Job Description

We are looking to give the opportunity for a virtual assistant to become an Airbnb Guest Support. Our company is located in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, United States. We manage short term rentals and monthly rentals for our clients to achieve the maximum amount of profit on their investment.

Position will be part-time for a week or two for training then will quickly become a full time position.

Responsibilities include:

Maintenance Management
– Hire, schedule, and manage contractors, gardeners, handyman, inspectors, and any other vendors.
– Review inspection photos
– Purchasing of maintenance / guest feedback related materials or items
– Create scopes of work
– Obtain multiple bids and negotiate with vendors
– Record keeping of expenses
– Record keeping of all maintenance issues
– Monitor maintenance of all properties
– Research maintenance problems
Construction Project Management
– Hire, schedule, and manage all contractors.
– Modify timelines and tasks on project management software
– Obtain multiple bids and negotiate with vendors
– Find materials such as windows or kitchen cabinets
– Create budgets & scopes of work
– Fill out construction related documents
– Research construction problems
– Help with other departments
– Record all expenses
– Other miscellaneous construction tasks
Listing Management
– Maintain property listings on Airbnb and VRBO.
– Database management
– Misc listing management tasks
Other Admin Tasks
– Complete miscellaneous special projects and tasks as required.
– Research and due diligence on topics relating to the business and create short reports to present to owners.

Education and Experience
– A minimum of a College Degree
– 2 years of Maintenance or Construction Coordination Experience
– 2 years of Virtual Assistant or Work from Home Experience
