Company Overview:
Our company is a Franchise development company with locations in USA and PR. We seek an experienced and motivated remote Construction Manager to oversee construction projects of new locations for our Franchisees from start to finish. This is a remote position, meaning the successful candidate will work remotely and communicate with the project team and clients through video conferencing, phone, and email.
Job Description:
As a Remote Construction Manager, you will manage and oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will communicate with the project team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee construction projects remotely, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Review project plans and specifications to ensure the project team works to the correct standards and follows all relevant regulations.
3. Communicate with the project team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure everyone meets the same goals and objectives.
4. Ensure all project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documentation, is complete and accurate.
5. Manage project budgets, review and approve expenses, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
6. Conduct site visits through remote technology to ensure work progresses as planned and identify any issues or concerns.
7. Work with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, ensuring all activities are completed on time and in the correct sequence.
8. Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on the project site and that all workers are trained and certified.
9. Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and any issues or concerns that may impact the project.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a remote team and clients.
3. Knowledge of construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
4. Ability to travel to project sites as required, in-person or through remote technology.
5. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a project team.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm Eastern Time (8 PM – 5 AM lunch Break inclusive)
