CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:

Budget Management:

c. Collaborate with financial teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Resource Management:
a. Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
b. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
c. Manage team members’ performance, providing guidance, coaching, and support for professional growth.
Quality Control and Safety:
a. Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
