Job Description:
As a Construction Project Engineer/Construction Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
– Sending plans to subcontractors for bidding
– Sending meeting reminders to project teams
– Finding new subcontractors and suppliers for various trades
– Input new contacts into spreadsheets for future use
– Organizing project documents in Google Drive folders
– Creating photo updates compilation for projects to show weekly progress
– Create Submittals and RFIs
– Adjust Project Schedules
– Create Estimates and Change Orders
– Managing back-end paperwork
– Must be a self-starter
Requirements:
– Preferably background in Finance, Construction Management, and Architecture
– Ability to order materials, review subcontracts, general management of paperwork related to a construction project
– Salary negotiable based on talent level
– Full-time employment to start as soon as possible
