Job Description:
We are looking for highly skilled Project Managers with a background in construction to manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, extensive construction industry experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
– Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
– Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
– Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
– Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
– Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
– Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
– In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
– PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
