Job Description

We are a leading design-and-built fit-out specialist in Hong Kong’s residential, workplace, leisure, and banking industry. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Construction Project Manager / Administrator. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
– Provide virtual administrative support to our project management team.
– Assist in the preparation of project-related documents, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety reports, progress reports, site takeover reports, completion reports, and handover reports.
– Help prepare presentation materials for KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reviews and performance meetings with clients.
– Collaborate with team members remotely to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Maintain project documentation and files in an organized manner.

Requirements:
– Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and preferably know Chinese.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
– Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
– Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with construction-related terminology is preferred.

Optional Skillset (preferred):
– AutoCAD: Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and preparing project drawings.
– Microsoft Project: Experience in using Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tracking.
– Construction fit-out project costing (quantity surveying): Knowledge of construction cost estimation and quantity surveying principles.
