LOCATION: Head Office based in Sydney.

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Head of Acquisitions and Development

ABOUT US: Eternal Homes Projects is changing the way investment properties are secured for our B2B clients. Eternal Homes Projects is the sales and marketing arm of our construction business Eternal Homes. Our internal sales teams, investment groups, financial advisors, planners, accountants and more, use Eternal Homes Projects to access the best investment properties across Australia for their clients. We manage the land acquisition, administration and construction to deliver a seamless solution so our Sales Teams can purely focus on selling to and advising their clients.

ROLE PURPOSE: To provide an excellent client experience by sourcing and communicating construction updates that are informative, prompt, and efficient.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish a project timeline for each build and constantly track progress
• Chasing up our builder partners to source construction updates for our clients after land settlement
• Communicating with our clients to provide them with construction updates from land settlement to handover and property management
• Maintain a property management register to ensure any referrals are paid to Eternal Homes Projects by our Property Management partners.
• Ensuring all CRMs and our Stock Portal is up to date with accurate information
• Assisting in creating a streamlined process to communicate construction updates

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• University Degree preferred
• Completion of English courses preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and/or administration
• Any experience in construction will be highly regarded

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively chase up stakeholders for information in a polite yet effective method
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised and able to meet deadlines.
• A significant focus on self-improvement

• Ability to work on evenings and weekends if and when required (flexible work options are available to ensure a good
balance)
• Complete administration tasks on time
• Deal with Channel Partners, builders, and other employees professionally at all times.
