Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Consultant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Elite Consultants. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for real estate. As a Consultant Manager, you will ensure that our consultants are on track to meet their goals, provide ongoing training and support, and maintain accurate records of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Daily Operations Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily activities of Elite Consultants.
– Morning Meetings: Host mandatory morning meetings from Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM EST to check in with consultants, review progress, and address any training needs.
– Performance Monitoring: Keep detailed daily reports of consultants’ activities and performance.
– Onboarding: Handle all onboarding tasks for new consultants, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped with necessary resources.
– Training & Support: Provide additional training and support to consultants to help them achieve their performance targets.
– Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client intake files and other administrative documents.
– Goal Setting: Assist consultants in setting and achieving monthly sales quotas and network partner targets.
– Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among consultants.

Qualifications:

– Experience: Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a real estate or sales environment.
– Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
– Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions
