**Overview:**
The Content Account Manager for Brand Ambassadors and Partner Affiliates will play a pivotal role in managing, supporting, and coordinating content strategies for the brand’s ambassadors and partner affiliates. This role involves creating, curating, and overseeing content that aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Account Management:**
– Act as the primary point of contact for brand ambassadors and partner affiliates, building and maintaining strong relationships.
– Coordinate communication, providing support, guidance, and resources to ensure consistent and high-quality content creation.

2. **Content Strategy and Coordination:**
– Develop and execute content strategies in collaboration with the marketing team that resonate with the brand’s target audience.
– Collaborate with brand ambassadors and partner affiliates to align content with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

3. **Content Creation and Curation:**
– Assist in the creation, editing, and optimization of content, ensuring it adheres to the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
– Curate user-generated content, amplify it across appropriate channels, and engage with the community.

4. **Performance Analysis:**
– Monitor and analyze the performance of content created by ambassadors and affiliates, providing insights for optimization and improvement.
– Track key metrics to measure the impact and success of content strategies.

5. **Training and Support:**
– Offer training and resources to ambassadors and affiliates to improve their content creation skills and align their efforts with the brand’s objectives.
– Provide timely support and guidance to troubleshoot content-related issues or challenges.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in content management, marketing, or a related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Understanding of brand management and ambassador/affiliate relationship dynamics.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience working with brand ambassadors or partner affiliates.
– Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.
– Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.

This position will act as a bridge between the brand, its ambassadors, and partner affiliates, ensuring a cohesive and effective content strategy that resonates with the audience while upholding the brand’s image and values.
