Our business helps market professional coaches around the world via our proprietary web-based platform. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Content and Communications Coordinator who will report directly to the company founders. This role will primarily focus on managing administrative tasks, setting up campaigns, conducting research, and overseeing software management. Additionally, this individual will play a pivotal role in curating engaging content by interviewing coaches, recording video responses, using AI tools to transcribe videos into articles, and managing communication with our subscribers . The ultimate goal is to streamline and automate this process while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Handle administrative tasks such as setting up campaigns, conducting research, and managing software.
• Conduct interviews with coaches, record their video responses, and ensure high-quality video production.
• Transcribe video content using AI tools into articles and oversee the posting of articles on coach profiles.
• Initiate and manage communication with coaches to gather necessary content and information.
• Start with manual processes and gradually work towards automating content creation and communication procedures.
Interview Process:
• Conduct interviews with coaches, record their video responses, manage the video production process and assist with the curating of content.
Content Filtering:
• Evaluate and select relevant content from coach interviews based on predetermined criteria.
Content Upload:
• Utilize A.I. to upload and post transcribed articles on coach profiles on our website.
Website Management:
• Oversee the uploading of content and manage communication with subscribers via our website.
Social Media Content Creation:
• Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook platforms.
Communication with Coaches:
• Facilitate communication with subscribers gathering necessary content, and relaying information effectively.
Qualifications:
• Independent and self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or related fields is desirable.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
