Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our marketing goals, including email marketing, social media content, and video script development.
*Create engaging and persuasive content across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
*Manage the creation and distribution of event copy, invitations, and webinar content.
*Collaborate with the video editor to ensure the effective conveyance of messages through video content.
*Expand our brand presence in the digital space and implement marketing plans set by the team.
*Collaborate with COO and Operations Manager weekly to shape marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Content Manager, with expertise in creative writing and content optimization.
*Strong knowledge of marketing principles and brand consistency.
*Experience in working with webinar tools, webinar on-demand tools, and the Zoho ecosystem.
*Proficiency in creating and executing digital campaigns.
*Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools such as Chat GPT V4 and Synthesia. bonus if you have graphics and video editing experience.
*Familiarity with tools such as Demio, Zoho Social, Google Analytics, Zoho Campaign, and Bigin CRM.
