Content and Social Media Marketing Specialist
Part-Time | 20 Hours per week
Offer is at Php 20,000 – Php 25,000 per month
Monday to Friday: 4 hours between 10:00 pm to 2:00 am PHT Manila

About the Client:

Our client based in the United States is a company that offers solutions for a variety of marketing needs. They specialize in marketing services for self-storage and commercial real estate. They offer everything from Social Media management to Graphic Design and Web Development and they are now currently looking for two experienced and reliable Content and Social Media Marketing Specialist who will focus on creating engaging social content for a portfolio of client accounts.

About the Role:
Create and manage engaging social media content for a variety of clients, including copywriting and image sourcing.
Design and edit graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
Develop and implement 1-2 weekly social media posts per client across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Work with the Client Marketing Manager to organize and follow a content calendar for consistent and timely posting.
Utilize content repurposing strategies for optimal social media engagement.
Experience with Sendible or similar social media management tools for efficient content scheduling and analytics.
Handle additional general marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for experience in start-ups or small-scale businesses.
High creativity in both design and copywriting, with excellent English communication skills.
Strong understanding of B2B social media strategies and commitment to maintaining client branding guidelines.
Proficient in graphic design tools including Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with a receptiveness to feedback and new ideas.
Proactive in addressing challenges and unafraid to ask questions when necessary.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Sendible is advantageous.
Highly energetic and efficient, with a commitment to meeting regular deadlines and a keen eye for quality design and imagery.
