Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic CONTENT COORDINATOR to join our team. Responsible for developing, distributing, and measuring the company’s content effectiveness across all client engagements.

The position is influential in engaging our clients’ target audience(s) with content a clear and compelling benefit, useful and engaging consumer information, in an SEO optimized format for maximum exposure. This position reports directly to the Director of Search Marketing.

Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience in a content marketing role and a demonstrated track record working in multimedia environments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Very strong verbal and written English communication skills
• A strong background in SEO, SEM and Social Media content optimization
• Proven knowledge of video, social media, digital platforms, and paid digital advertising
• Ability to produce high-caliber work and maintain consistent standard of excellence
• Strong conversational writing skills, with the ability to engage an audience
• Proven skills in problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and priority setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced client focused environment
• Works well collaborating within a team and independently
• Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor and collaborative spirit.
• Eager to learn new skills and adapts quickly

Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize all content assets across client websites
• Map and coordinate the creation of relevant content for blog posts, website pages, social media, ad copy and email distribution
• Work closely with other key team members and clients to strategize on relevant content for audience growth and engagement
• Perform keyword research to identify content topics for generating organic visits and paid audience targeting
• Create research based monthly/quarterly topic lists for submission to account manager or client approval
• Perform preliminary research on approved topics to create content briefs for submission to copy writers for completion
• Prepare, submit, follow up and process all content orders to/from the copy writers.
• Review completed content submissions and edit for SEO and CTA. Create meta descriptions and FAQs
• Submit final content to client for approval through account manager and track/follow up as needed
• Schedule and assign approved content for posting
• Develop and manage a content calendar, content strategy and layout
• Drive all steps of writing/content projects from concept, approval, and execution, all the way to the evaluation and measurement of each project’s success.
• Ability to follow and effectively execute directions given, as well as being receptive to constructive feedback
• Experience managing projects from concept to final delivery with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
