Your role will involve leveraging written, video and graphical assets to produce attention-grabbing content for our blog, social media channels, email newsletters and more.

As a savvy marketer who understands how great content cuts-through and captures attention, you’ll look to leverage our research content to produce infographics, carousels, micro videos, quotes, and more to gain extended mileage out of our production efforts.

You’ll assist with demonstrating how our content marketing activities are contributing to the business by documenting our content strategy for internal alignment and assisting with routine reporting.

– Create social media micro-video versions of keynote presentations and interviews, working with video production specialists to repurpose content for different platforms and audiences.

– Work with our graphic design team to produce “thumb-stopping” assets that bring our research to life in compelling ways

– Use best practices to optimise assets for wider distribution (ie – posting at optimal parts of the day, engaging via comments, using hashtags to join in conversations)

Blog Editorial Production:
– Assist in the creation of marketing versions of analyst reports, adapting content to target specific audiences and promote key findings via editorial content.

– Perform quality assurance and testing of blog content, verifying links, formatting, search optimisation, and overall user experience.

– Create highlight versions of ADAPT keynotes summarising key points for subsequent content distribution and working with our video production specialists to publish shortened videos on ADAPT’s blog.

– Collaborate with our internal design team to create compelling visual graphics and data visualisations that bring our research data and market trends to life.

– Create opt-in “content upgrade” assets that help capture leads from direct blog articles

– Update and maintain blog articles with embedded CTAs and hyperlinks to encourage navigation through our website, to our newsletter, or LinkedIn

Newsletter Editorial Support:
– Assist with writing copy for newsletters to attract and inform our audience.

– Collaborate with our Graphic Design Team to create visually appealing graphics for newsletters.

– Collaborate with the video production to create striking GIFs of interviewees or speakers from keynotes, interviews, or webinars.

– Liaise with Content Strategist to include any strategic promotions for events, webinars, and exclusive offers.

– Schedule and automate newsletters using our in-house marketing CRM (Hubspot)

– Run A/B testing to compare variations of newsletters and experiment with attention-grabbing techniques.

Research & Outreach:
– Conduct research for interviews, providing data on key opinion leaders in the Australian business landscape and information for content creation.

– Leverage search analysis tools such as SEMrush and social conversation tracking to identify key topic areas of interest for content creation

– Leverage our CRM and Google Analytics data to deeply understand our user audience behaviour, analysing their preferences and most clicked content.

– Stay abreast of industry trends with newsletters, blogs, publications, and events to ensure our topical relevance

Reporting & Content Planning:
– Assist with the documentation of ongoing content marketing plan

– Assist with internal presentations to align internal stakeholders on content marketing activities and priorities

– Provide routine (monthly and quarterly) reports that enable us to track and demonstrate the impact of our content marketing activities

– Track page views, open rates, click-through rates, and conversations on HubSpot

– Track monthly followers, engagement rates, and high-performing content on LinkedIn and YouTube

Skills and Experience You’ll Need
– Tertiary degree or formal training in Marketing or Communications

– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

– Experience with content marketing, creative storytelling, and promoting content to increase engagement and reach.
