Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, editing, and social media management. They will work closely with our PR Director, Digital Marketing Manager, and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Editing:
– Write and edit blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and social media updates based on prompts and ideas from the US team.
– Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and meets quality standards.
– Collaborate with the Agency Owner and PR Director to enhance the creativity and impact of content.
Graphic Design:
– Create engaging visuals and graphics for blog posts, social media, and other marketing materials.
– Ensure graphics are optimized for web use.
Social Media Management:
– Schedule and post content on various social media platforms using our Sprout Social account
– Monitor and engage with our audience in real-time, responding to comments and messages.
SEO and Keyword Optimization:
– Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in all content.
– Optimize blog posts and social media content for search engines.
Performance Analysis:
– Track and analyze the performance of content across different platforms.
– Provide regular reports and insights to the US team to refine content strategies.
Content Coordination:
– Work with Digital Marketing Manager to manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
– Collaborate with Dave to integrate shared content and provide creative direction.
