Content Creation and Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media and online marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, be able to engage with clients and respond to their needs and changes promptly. They must be skilled in curating images that align with each client’s unique needs, and be creative in coming up with new ideas and concepts for social media posts and newsletters.

Responsibilities:

– Create engaging social media content and newsletters using Canva and other platforms.
– Curate images that align with each client’s unique brand identity and messaging.
– Generate weekly content calendars and newsletters using Constant Contact and Mailchimp.
– Post engaging social media stories and write captivating blogs.
– Regularly update websites.
– Manage and grow social media presence by engaging with current followers and finding new followers in the similar world.
– Assistant and administrative work, which may include,
– Research
– Organizing
– Data entry
– Scheduling
– Etc…

Qualifications:

– Strong experience in social media and online marketing.
– Proficient in using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
– Skilled in creating engaging content for social media and newsletters using Canva and other platforms.
– Experienced in generating weekly content calendars and newsletters using Google Sheets, Constant Contact and Mailchimp.
– Familiarity with updating websites on various platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, etc..
– Familiarity with using ChatGPT.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Ability to engage with clients and respond to their needs and changes promptly.
– Creative in producing new ideas and concepts for social media posts and newsletters.
– Detail-oriented and able to curate images that align with each client’s unique brand identity and messaging.
