Content Creation Assistants with Good English & Communication Skills Wanted. Monthly Pay + Bonuses.

I’m hiring a team of 5 Content Creation Assistants for our company.

JOB DUTIES:

– We need exceptional Content Creators who truly understand the ins and outs of interacting with customers, create high quality content based on our vision, and understand our target market’s desires and can produce and model our upcoming content as desired with a sharp, visual eye. If you’re a generalist who simply dabbles in freelancing alongside other subjects, I’m afraid this is not the project for you.
– As a content creator of Billion Euro Enterprises, it will be your job to study and understand our brands, provide in-depth analysis for content strategies for the brands you’ll work with, and come up with definitive decision making commentary & high-quality content creation within our guidelines.
– Naturally, in order to do this, you’ll have to have had some experience with various aspects of creating content, understanding social media, marketing online and how to make a brand high-quality and trusted in the eyes of visitors.
– We expect you to have an active input on our content and share your ideas with the team on how we can improve certain processes. This is your chance to partake in a role far more engaging than a simple copy-paste job and allow you to really leave your unique stamp on our potential journey together.
– Work flexible hours at first (10-20 hours per week), but have the possibility for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (40hrs/week). In other words, if you will have a lot of other clients, this position won’t be suitable for you.

COMPENSATION PLAN:

– Paid monthly (you must submit invoice). First pay will come after 1 month of work, and then at the 15th of every month after that.
– Performance bonuses for great work
– Christmas Bonus
– Pay raises awarded based on performance
– For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
– 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
