Content Creation/Manager.

Expectations Starting out : My biggest priority is for someone to high quality create photos quickly. For an example : I have an expectation of 3-10 photos an hour. I would prefer for some photos be AI generator so we can create more content.
*If you need AI/software to work I will fully pay for as well.* I will provide the best online tools available for you to succeed and be proficient at your job!

For an example : If I have a instagram page about “General News” I would need someone create some content for that page. If I have other page about “Fitness and Health” I would need health and food. Video Editing is a plus.

Video editing instagram reels/shorts would be a extremely big plus as well.

Here are the requirements :
1. Graphic Design
* Proficiency in design software (I expect someone to uzitlize AI in create pictures.
* Ability to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
* Experience in creating branded content that aligns with company aesthetics.
2. Video Creation and Editing (Huge+) Not required
* Experience with video editing (Video Youtube Shorts/Instagram Reels)
* Ability to produce engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
* Knowledge of best practices for video content on various social media platforms. (Retention Rate)
3. SEO and Keyword Optimization (Huge +) Not required
* Understand SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
* Optimize posts for discoverability using relevant keywords and phrases. (Instagram and Youtube)
4. Time Management and Organization
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills to keep track of content schedules, assets, and performance metrics.
5. Technical Proficiency
* Familiarity with social media tools content creation and posting.
6. Communication Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
