Job Description:
Firmos is looking for a sharp Content Creation Specialist to increase our clients’ online presence. Dive into creating essential brand assets, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and generating lead-grabbing emails and LinkedIn posts. Your mission: keep our clients’ content fresh and engaging, build solid online connections, and lay down the visual and verbal foundation that makes each brand vibrant. If you’re skilled with design tools, content schedulers, and have a talent for copywriting, come fill out an application with us.

Desired Outcomes & Goals of the Role:
90-day goals:
– Create all brand assets including: case studies, sales letters and lead magnets
– Complete LinkedIn profile optimizations. ex. headline, about section, banners, etc.
– Create weekly email marketing content for lead generation and recruiting
– Create and schedule LinkedIn content for each client 3 months in advance
– Engage with target audience on LinkedIn. This includes: liking, commenting, and following
– Build brand guidelines for clients including, logos, colour palettes, fonts, design assets
– Book qualified appointments for each client through linkedIn inbound efforts

Skills and Qualifications:
– Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, AI copywriting and content schedulers.
– Copywriting: Great understanding of copywriting frameworks and LinkedIn content styles.
– Organization: Strong organizational skills for daily content management.
– Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
– Teamwork: Highly resourceful team player who meets deadlines and follows through on commitments.
