Overview: Our client is a leading provider of Internet Service Provider (ISP) solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable internet services to a diverse range of customers. We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Content Creation Specialist to join our team and drive our content marketing efforts, specifically targeting ISPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, a deep understanding of the ISP industry, and a proven ability to produce engaging and informative content across various digital platforms.
Position Summary: The Content Creation Specialist (CCS) will be responsible for developing, writing, and managing content that promotes our ISP services and engages our target audience. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
– Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, website content, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
– Develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and business objectives.
– Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights to produce relevant and impactful content.
2. Content Strategy:
– Develop and implement a content strategy that supports the company’s marketing goals and drives customer engagement and conversions.
– Conduct research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitor activities.
– Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
3. SEO Optimization:
– Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
– Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content.
– Monitor and analyze content performance to make data-driven improvements.
4. Social Media Content:
– Create and manage content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Develop compelling social media posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content.
– Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience to foster a community around the brand.
5. Content Performance Analysis:
– Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content across different channels.
– Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform content strategy and improvements.
– Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company’s content remains competitive.
Compensation Plan:
• Target Total Compensation: USD 866.66 per Month (Approximately PHP 50,900)
• Base Salary: Competitive hourly rate of USD 5.00 per hour (Target USD 866.66 per month)
• Thirteenth Month Incentive: We will pay a 13th-month incentive-based average of the entire
annual compensation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creation Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role, preferably within the ISP or technology industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in using content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand complex topics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
