Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an Advertising Agency, DTC Brand, or Public Relations company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for creating engaging content across a variety of media platforms including social media, streaming services, AR, music, film, and interactive experiences.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant professional creative experience.
Technical Skills:
Videography/Photography: Proficient with DSLR cameras.
Editing: Skilled in Final Cut and After Effects.
Writing: Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
Art/Design: Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Canva.
Creativity: Extraordinary content creation skills, capable of executing projects from start to finish.
Work Ethic: Self-starter who is responsible, accountable, and demonstrates initiative.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with various team members and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative content strategies that support a wide variety of brands across different industries and sizes.
Autonomously generate large volumes of content across multiple media platforms.
Create impactful content that resonates with consumers, achieving high engagement metrics.
Analyze real-time responses to content on social platforms and adapt strategies based on these insights.
Participate in and contribute to creative brainstorms, project kick-offs, and team meetings.
Provide mentorship to other creative personnel within the team, guiding best practices and creative execution.
