The content creator / Social Media Manager (Brand Manager) is an experienced, passionate, hardworking and creative marketing person who will join our growing team in Malacopa Mixers. This is a dual role, the content creator has the skills to edit videos and prepare them for social media channels. As a social media manager, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to improve our online presence, promote our products, increase sales and help improve our marketing strategies. He/She will also be in charge of creating contents which includes making and editing videos that will be used on our website and social media platforms. He/She will be closely working with our CEO, Operations Manager and Sales Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Create, manage and monitor social media content.
? Create contents and make videos used as promotions for our social media platform
? Drive business to the Malacopa website and the Amazon Malacopa Store.
? Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, campaigns and calendar
? Build a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence through high quality written and visual content for each social media campaign
? Respond to comments on our social media account and oversee customer service provided via social media ? Measure the success of social media campaigns – if this has achieved its objectives
? Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
? Ensure that content in social media is informative and appealing
? Manage social media for CEO and all content is vetted by CEO for approval
? Present marketing strategies to CEO and operations team
QUALIFICATIONS
? Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience as a Social Media Manager/Brand Manager preferably in the Food and Beverage industry
? Preferably has a background in content creation and E-commerce.
? Required: Creative and knowledgeable in creating contents for social media which includes video creation or editing
? Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace and other video editing/creation applications

This is project assignments with flexible working hours.
