Hi! We are looking for an enthusiastic and expert Copy & Content Creator interested in health and wellness to join our team! This is a part time job to start with the possibility of transitioning to a full time position within 6 months if we are able to find the right fit for the role.

Position Overview

This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for our team and our business as a whole. The role is also a support role for our founder, to help her create new content (both paid and free) to support her customers and potential customers.

This position reports directly to our Founder, while also working closely with other key members of the team.

This is a virtual position and it isn’t always isn’t a 9-5 job. This position involves working some evenings and weekends, and at times, responding to team members outside of work hours. Also, because our business uses an online launching business model, a few times per year there will be the need to work additional hours on evenings and weekends preparing for program launches.

Duties and Responsibilities

Our Copy & Content Creator will be responsible for all our content and copywriting tasks. You will:

Research, write, and optimize SEO blog outlines and posts
Repurpose blog posts into social media posts, emails, etc.
Write outlines and content for programs, course materials, and eBooks
Write social media posts based on research
Email marketing
Nurture, welcome, and sales sequences
Communicate with team members
Review, proof, and schedule email materials, blog posts on website, and social media content prior to distribution for accuracy

If you have experience in the following areas, it’s a PLUS!

– You have experience with Slack, Trello, Coschedule, LastPass, Zapier, WordPress
– You have experience using Google Suite (mail, docs, drive)

– If the last time you read a non-fiction book about business, marketing, health and wellness, or self-growth was 3 months (or more) ago, then this position is NOT for you. This position requires a genuine interest in what we are all about.
– If you’re looking for a “side job” while you’re growing your own business, then this isn’t for you.
– If you’re not willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement, then this is not for you.

Outstanding communication skills / Ability to create strong relationships with vendors, contractors, customers, key people from other organizations
Strong ability to solve problems (creative problem solving)
Not locked into working 9-5, but embraces an “until it gets done” attitude
